Gladys: “A typical day for me is responding to tenant inquiries, complaints and/or concerns. Mainly I try to focus on keeping everyone happy within our space.”
Shivani: “Man what a question…sometimes I feel like there aren’t enough hours in a day. The best part of my day is that none of them are the same. I mean do I really need to list it all? LOL…trust me when I say there is always something to do. I’m all about being productive and proactive…only way to get to your goals.”
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned so far in this role?
Gladys: “Effective Communication and approach are very important and key in business! Whether working with tenants, employees, employers, prospects etc, its very important to take the proper approach when addressing anything regarding their acts or business.”
Shivani: “I would say leadership is not just a position it’s an attitude. I have to remember to be patient and that everyone is not going to be as passionate about things that i am… and that is okay. Patience is truly a virtue. You get to constantly learn. As an entrepreneur, you are always learning lessons — sometimes the hard way. It is a priceless education that you can’t get in a classroom, you know?”

What’s your favorite food?
Gladys: “My favorite type of food is PASTA. I love any type of pasta.”
Shivani: “My favorite food hmmm, so I’m totally not being bias when I say this but Indian food lol. Tell me tikka masala isn’t your favorite! You don’t know what you’re missing if you’ve never tried it! I’m just saying…”
Favorite thing about helping entrepreneurs.
Gladys: “ Watching their business bloom. Its so rewarding to see a business rise and become successful. I love the connections and relationships we build along the way.”
Shivani: “I’m helping them take action in pursuing their dream and to me that not only gives me greater purpose it is the most rewarding feeling ever. What I do doesn’t consist of a 9–5. It’s just like all of the entrepreneurs I help everyday and if you love what you do then you’re never working.
